The Malawi Electoral Cycle Support Project (MECS) aims to support the operational and administrative capacities of the Malawi Electoral Commission (MEC) to organize elections.

The project also aims to ensure women are provided equal opportunities to participate in the electoral process, and provides support to political parties on campaigning around national issues and the genuine and strategic integration of youth and women wings into their party structures.
